Homemade soup is just about the only thing I cook! I love soup, my husband makes most suppers, and I'm left with soup (and yogurt from my yogurt maker). A simple girl, I am!

Oh yum....... we love tomato soup around here!
ReplyDeleteA couple of years ago we went to a restaurant in Maine (one of those pricey restaurants where soup and a drink for four cost $60.. no, I'm not kidding! It was the only restaurant in the National Park we were in, so no choice) and I had Tomato Bisque. Despite the ridiculous price, it was delicious... and I've been making my own version of Tomato Bisque ever since. Guess I got my money's worth after all! ;-)
Claire, what an incredible challenge to paint soup, yet you did it so admirably. Congrats on taking on a difficult subject and sorry to hear you're getting rain (unless you're in a drought, then that's a good thing, right?)
