A collaboration like this makes the art all the richer, doesn't it? My daughter works with me on web site design, and with my editing. Art makes a great connection.
I think that's such a cool shared project for you two. Do you ever get to taste the beers?
I recognize the first painting from Laure's beach class! Yours is MUCH better than mine...
how wonderful for the two of you! i think it is such a compliment that your son would ask you to collaborate with him.
i can.t decide which is my favorite.
you are so talented.
xo
These are great! I always wanted to be on a wine label. I love the names and the little paintings!
This sounds like a fun project.
Thank you for your encouraging comment over at my place, Claire. I will give watercolors a try, though I am not an artist. You have quite a flair for combining images and text. I like your style.
you always do such a fabulous job creating these labels.....and i KNOW your son loves collaborating with you!! i love 'em all, claire!! xoxo
p.s. i didn't know your son lived in my corner of the world......how wonderful!! :))
Hi Claire... this is great!!! LOVE these labels you created. Tell your son he's lucky to have access to such wonderful art! My son is also a home beer brewer. So far he hasn't labeled any of his beer.
Nice work. I came across your blog while “blog surfing” using the Next Blog button on the blue Nav Bar located at the top of my blogger.com site. I frequently just travel around looking for other blogs which exist on the Internet, and the various, creative ways in which people express themselves. Thanks for sharing.
